Casa Juliana has a/C in the 2 bedrooms and fans in every room (even the terrace). Casa Juliana was completed in May 2018, its a new home with many perks you won’t find in many other places. Casa Juliana comes with 2 sofa beds.
In Casa Juliana everything is electric, stove, water heater & oven. The property is completely walled and has a security system you can activate when leaving the property. Thinking about your comfort, casa Juliana has its own washing machine and pantry area.
The home comes fully furnished and equipped, you only need your bathing suit and you are ready to go.
Casa Juliana is open for Long Term Renters (3 months and up).
